this is my third year in a row coming to the roskilde festival from southern california. i was a bit late on seeing the brillance which is the roskilde festival but ever since 2009, i have made the commitment to be there every year from here on out. each year my friend and i have gotten to be better festival goers. even having camp names in year two and three. from camp california (campsite P) in 2010 to camp wolfpack (campsite P) in 2011. we are going to stick with camp wolfpack from here on out.

of the past 3 years.... i would have to say even though the music was my least favorite in 2011 this was my favorite festival! camp vienna jam session was awesome! flying someones tent as a kite! the portable toilets were all named in the back of P. and who can forget the lighting storm!

people don't understand here in california..... they think that roskilde is just a music festival and no different from coachella (here in so cal). this can not be further from the truth. until someone attends roskilde they will not understand the orange feeling! all i can say is "more than music"!!!!

thank you danmark! thank you roskilde!!!!

i raise my pint to you!!! Skål!

As you write, Roskilde isnt just an other festival - thats what Im trying to explain to my friends from abroad - but again, you have to have been at Roskilde, to understand it :)
