Do you girls and boys know? Aproximately...
A wild guess would be around 75% arrive during the first day.

I think that's a good estimate. Since the festival admits 100000+ including volunteers that's a shitload of people the first 24hrs.
In an old festival newspaper from 2007 it said 45000 of 75000 (purchased tickets, non-working) had been exchanged for wristbands during sunday. And more people just seem to arrive earlier every year.
Thanks for your estimation.
Does some people arrive on Friday and sleep in queue? Or they start to come Saturday morning as soon?
Some, very few arrive Thursday evening to queue up for a spot even though the queuing isn't even open then. Most start arriving Saturday morning when the public transport to the festival starts running.
I think that I have heard about 40.000 arriving the first day.

Found an article from 2010. Published monday noon, opening at that time was sunday morning.
And it probably has escalated a bit since.
