Yes for Beck and why not for Pink too...

For the last month or so, I´ve been wondering if i´ll attend at all next year, but then I watched some footage from the festival on Youtube and realized that I was just fooling myself.

I dont see Beck playing Roskilde because of the other danish festival. He have played a lot of them in the last few years, so I dont think its exclusive enough.

Could be... Although the shows he did at Skanderborg and at Northside the year after was basicalliy the same (I was told), and next year those shows are 2-3 years away. With new material out, that often changes things too I'm sure, but you never know. We are just speculating here, right? :)

Those shows were indeed very similar. A new bass player joined his band between the two and the set list was shuffled very slightly around, but it was very much the same show.

On another note, it seems like we've run out of luck regarding A Tribe Called Quest. They're no more.

I saw him couple of years ago and the set was mainly a greatest hits-show, so maybe a new album won´t change his shows very much. Still I would like to see him again on Orange. Massive Attack too...
Roger Waters has announced some arena dates in Germany and Austria in mid June so perhaps he will add a few festivals as well.
But most likely it will be Royal Arena or the arena with the stupid name in Jylland.

Its confirmed that he will visit Denmark on his tour
Yes thats what my link confirmed.
If Roger Waters would come, it would be very hard for me to skip Roskilde next summer.
The obvious world music subheadliner next year is Les Amazones d'Afrique. Supergroup counting a.o. Angelique Kidjo, Mariam from Amadou & Mariam, Rokia Traore, Nneka and more.

He announced a gig in Helsinki on August, so he might be around for all summer, which would make Roskilde a great deal more possible.

Well I spoke before I checked the tour schedule and what´s worrying is that he has a break from mid-June to early August...
It is as i feared, I think its the Jyske Bank Boxen or Royal Arena, but when I guessed June before my bet is now August.
